ELEMENTAL UNION RETREAT - IMMERSE yourself in the wisdom of natures elements in this 3-day retreat offering.

Combining water-based therapeutic techniques and land-based mindfulness practices, we will explore body, mind & soul. With the chance to explore your mind-body connection through individual and partner dynamics, we will predominantly work within the healing container of the Water element via learning an introductory sequence for partner-style bodywork within a pool setting.
