All Pathways offer a flexible framework for exploring a monthly themed approach to cultivating a self-care practice. Each calendar month, we work with a focused intention through applying an holistic and practical approach to health and well-being. If you are looking to build and develop an authentic, sustainable and fulfilling personal practice, then I invite you to take time to discover which of the following four pathways can serve as a source of nourishment for you most – physically, mentally and spiritually.
Together, we will explore the interconnection of mind-body through the scope of ; yoga and mindfulness, energy-based body work, intuitively guided tools, astrological insights and supportive holistic nutritional guidance.
