Before our 90-minute session, we will begin our collaboration with a 30-minute connection call where your intentions will be clearly discussed in order to curate a personalised practice session. As I embrace an holistic and integrative approach to self-care practices, expect a well-rounded session that connects you deeper in mind, body and soul - leaving you feeling inspired to continue exploring your practice long after our session together.
Who can benefit from a personalised practice session? Anybody ! Especially those who are curious to explore health through a holistic and alternative approach. My work welcomes every body, and usually attracts those looking to experience new practices or to re-energise and refresh their already established practices and looking to further understand the relationship of mind-body through an emotional and spiritual lens.
What will our session include? After establishing your practice intentions/goals through our 30-minute connection call, we will schedule our session time and date.
How long is a private session? In order to facilitate a balanced session, I find that 90-minutes works well. A special package can be organised for those wanting multiple sessions to further develop or explore a new sequence of practice together.
Why should you invest in a personalised session? Simply put, because that sense of fulfilment that is experienced when you engage with your personal growth is worth it in itself. Additionally, to begin a practice with a certified facilitator that considers where you are at in your practice journey can support with understanding your current capacities. Together we will work with your intention so that you feel clear and confident in journeying through a sustainable at-home self-practice.
When should I start my journey. of self-practice? We are always surrounded by opportunities for self-practice at each moment :) Booking a personalised session means to dedicate a specific time and space for you to consciously engage with your capacities through the many methods of practices I share - yoga posture, breathing exercises, meditation prompts and other insight tools of practice.
