“…My personal mission is to provide individuals with the tools they need to understand their astrological and human design charts, allowing them to be true to themselves without relying on external factors. We are always in the process of rediscovering our true nature, which is rooted in love…”

Sandeep, our first meeting and natal chart reading in 2022 has been a moment of true impact for me whilst cultivating my spiritual practice. It was an unexpectedly stirring encounter as it was refreshing to receive guidance that was not only clear, personable, bold, practical, but which also activated a sense of inspired action to follow through with - thank you again. Why do our birth charts offer such insight and divine instruction for how we could best navigate our own lives?
Our birth chart is like a cosmic fingerprint. It captures the exact moment we took our first breath and entered this world. As Nikola Tesla said ‘“If you want to find the secrets of the universe, think in terms of energy, frequency, and vibration.” The cosmos is only understood by energy, frequency and vibration. We call it radiation, cosmic dust, characteristics or archetypal psychological behavioural patterns, all the while they carry an expanded conscious. Everything begins when we take our first breath. The time of birth imprints the qualities of where the planets, signs and houses are on our natal chart. The combination known as aspects of their patterns reveal where our natural strengths are, where our lessons will unfold, and what karmic themes we’re here to integrate. It doesn’t tell us what to do, but it shows us the patterns we’re likely to repeat until we bring them into awareness. Until we’re able to expand our conscious from the inside out. That’s the divine instruction. It points us to the places we must grow into rather than run away from.
How has the guidance of your path through Astrology and Yoga enriched your journey of personal empowerment? And how has it brought you closer to your sense of purpose?
Both practices continually remind me that alignment comes through presence, not performance. Yoga connects me to my body and breath. It is a deep spiritual practice that’s not about keeping fit, but an exploration and commitment to move stagnant energy so we can come closer to our essence. Astrology connects me to the larger cycles of life. It is the only truth I follow, especially in a world where information is vast, confusing, at times dogmatic and others distorted. The celestial bodies in the sky are not only above us they are activated within us. Through my own journey I’ve experienced how the planets play a key role in understanding the Chakra system. Saturn rules the root chakra. This is where the gravitas of our survival plays a key role, and the Sun rules the crown chakra where we can ascend our perceptions to a wider force. This confirms each of us have the alchemical power to transform ourselves. It’s a cycle and constant. Together they anchor me as a sacred medicine especially when the outer world mirrors back distortion and chaos. All ancient scripters speak about ‘know thy-self’, and both Yoga and Astrology give us the tools of insight for self-discovery. They’ve helped me shift from chasing external validation to serving from a place of authenticity, integrity and most of all acceptance of who I am as a being of this time. My purpose has always been about helping others recognise their own light, and these practices both in alignment and meaningful for that vision and Soul service.
Do you think that people are becoming more open-minded towards exploring the more natural wisdom-based paths of spiritual practice? Why?
Yes, but not without resistance. We’re in a unique time. Uranus is in Gemini which is an planet of rebellion, ascension, surprises, innovation, freedom and growth. Gemini is the sign of our environment, our everyday, our markets, our brotherhood, sisterhood, social and information systems. This alone is asking us to expand our perceptions. Gemini rules astrology especially as Mercury is the ruler of this sign. Mercury is the messenger of the Gods, it’s the only planet that has a relationship with all and comes close to the Sun. Pluto is a powerful planet (even though some think it’s not), that symbolises where we’ve been exiled by our world. Pluto is also the God of the underworld, reveals all the shadows and deconstructs what’s not in alignment to reconstructs. It rules the power of intimacy, integrity and transparency. It’s in the sign of Aquarius which is about communities, groups and people. The collective now comes to a tipping point where something inside of them speaks louder than anything else. As a result of these energies creating turbulence of our world, climate, politics, identity, economy has pushed people to seek meaning beyond material success. Many are rediscovering the wisdom traditions not because they are fashionable, but because they offer coherence in chaos. At the same time, there’s a caution: openness can slide into trend-following. The true path is less about aesthetics, money and success but more about understanding ourselves, so we don’t repeat patterns and are able to sit with discomfort. It’s very sexy to see a self-realised person not get triggered by the external noise. It also takes time and a lot of inner listening to get to this point. I believe people are ready, open and can see the tyranny against humanity no matter where you live and what you believe. We are wanting something that is personal and spiritually aligned.
What activated you to begin sharing your Full Moon and New Moon blog posts on your website and daily astrological insights on Instagram?
It began when I was a 10-year-old kid. I’m one of six children and my mum was a spiritually connected person. She would drag me to Indian priest, saints, sages and the like. One time I had my Vedic astrological chart done. I was very young, I cannot remember what the astrologer priest said, but all I could see was this chart and him talking from it mirroring so many qualities. In that instant, as Gemini rising myself, I got a planner which had the dates and marked the full and new moon phases. I would follow them and observe what was playing out in the world. It wasn’t done in vain or anything, but more as a play to test why the chart had meaning. I was humbled as so many things played out. It was quite fascinating as I didn’t read any books or listen to other people’s perspective. I developed a strong relationship with the stars and didn’t even know it. My mum was my guide my guru my world. When she passed in 2010, I felt I lost a pillar in my life. This is when I myself got astrological readings on my birthday. All of them said I should be telling them what’s in my chart. And so, I signed up with Debora Silverman and when to Bolder in Colorado and trained. It was the easiest and most delicious thing I’ve done. Since then, I’ve done over 4000 readings through word of mouth. I also went on a deep plant medicine journey from 2018 to 2021, and the community would ask me what was happening the stars. I would always look at the energies every morning and know what to expect so I can make better choices, little did I know that others would benefit, so I began posting on Instagram and my lunation blogs became regular month events. I started to create weekly and monthly podcasts about astrological energy projection in 2020. The response showed me how much people were yearning for guidance that was practical, honest, and heart centred. Instagram became a natural platform brief insight that remind people daily that they are not alone in navigating these energies.
What are your thoughts on the state of the worlds current collective consciousness in relation to this astrological year?
I wrote a magazine for this year which is on lulu.com. This is the year of the snake bringing transformation and the year where the north node is in Pisces and south node in Virgo. These axis are about letting go of what we’ve known and surrendering to the powers of a higher consciousness. The collective conscious has reached its peak in everything as it was and now we can feel the bridge of transformation which is both uncomfortable and exciting. We’ve gone through a lot since 2019, where we started to question our roles, responsibilities and purpose. Unbeknown to us we we’re in the junk yard of our conscious and started to clear it out. Now, in 2025 it is a precursor to build inner confidence and trust ouselves to make the right choices, with different types of people including skills, culture, perspectives and beliefs. This combination of 2025 is pushing us into a corner to express ourselves like we’ve never done before. It’s a year of Dharma, which means ‘our place in the world’. If we see the world as one big, large construct canvas, each of us is a pixel in the canvas. Without our quality of light the canvas is distorted. We all are recognising that whether we’re consciously aware of it or not.
I’ve mentioned earlier Pluto is in Aquarius and it’s staying there until 2043, Uranus moved into Gemini, even though he goes back into Taurus in its retrograde motion, he will stay in Gemini until 2032. Neptune and Saturn arrived in Aries this year which is remarkable as they’ve not met in Aries for over 3000 years. Aries is the sign of initiation of our ego. Chiron the wounded healer has been in Aries providing situations and experiences for us to heal the ego. We’re being elevated and trained to trust we are the drivers of our experience. This is not about good or bad, it’s about if we’re able to connect with our purpose, transform and mutate what we’ve known into something unknown by coming together with different people and working differently. And also, we’ve moved out of the iron age (Kaliyug) and moved into the bronze age (Dvapara) which is a time of technology, cosmic connection, activation of our other senses so we can be efficient and sustainable together. It’s a very powerful turning point. I think people feel this, but don’t have the language to describe whats happening. They feel a change and question their choices because the consequences of their past actions echo something that doesn’t fit. This triggers the inner change for the outer to take form in 2026. This is a year of exploration and curiosity. We still have some unfinished business as Saturn, Neptune, Uranus all head back into their previous energies. The universe isn’t going to click everything into gear, we’re going the slow way which is the necessary path for us to reconnect with our light.
In your private Astrology and Human Design readings are you noticing a pattern or themes of inquiry that clients are deeply seeking answers to?
Yes, very much. The most common themes I hear are: Where am I blocking myself? Why do I feel stuck? How do I trust my own decisions? People are searching for permission to live differently, to step out of roles that no longer fit. They want to know how to work with their own design, not against it. They are able to witness repeating patterns which illuminate illusions, distortions and limitations. People are ready to move into something that is personal to them. It’s liberating to know our own strengths, shadows and limitations because we can change it. This is what the energies of the cosmos do, they don’t punish us, they mirror back the level of our consciousness, and we expand. We’re more in control of that but don’t realise it unless something humbles us along our journey. I’m witnessing people becoming more self-aware than before. They can hear themselves and make changes when they don’t like it. There are others who will grip onto the old but that’s their journey. We’re not here to judge, we are here to learn, heal and expand. All of us are, if not, we leave.
Why are these methods of self-understanding so important to explore today?
We’re living in a world with AI which can distort what is real and what is unreal. Neptune in Pisces has overly sensitised our world where speaking our truth can be used against us. Pluto in Aquarius, Saturn in Aries, Neptune in Aries and Uranus in Gemini and Jupiter in Cancer these outer planets are in signs that reflect how we relate to others. We’re being called with Saturn in Aries the sign of Self, identity and leadership to take a stand in our truth. As a result, we’re learning the only truth that is in alignment is our truth. Even though this can have its own layers of distorted beliefs, we’re willing to work through them. Jupiter in Cancer is a teacher of our emotional nourishment. We feel high levels of discomfort when we self-sabotage or overly push. Everything that we feel, think, speak and act is heightened. Aquarius and Gemini are two social signs of intelligence, communication, collaboration and innovation. We want something meaningful, and astrology is the only tool to illuminate these hard truths for us. We’re also losing our voice, our self-expression and this privilege is being masked by external challenges. These tools help us to find our authentic voice because we live in a time of distraction. The external world pulls us constantly into comparison, urgency, and noise. These tools give us a map back to ourselves. They remind us that each of us has a unique blueprint and we need to own our own pixel light. They don’t replace free will, but they illuminate the terrain so we’re not walking blind.
As September marks the eclipse season, in what ways can we each bring more consciousness into our thoughts, words and actions, helping to support us in evolving towards a more progressive, sovereign and heart-centred direction?
Great question. Eclipse season amplifies endings and beginnings. The temptation is to rush or to force clarity. Pisces north node total lunar eclipse and the second new moon in Virgo the solar eclipse are helping us to surrender from the illusion that the work is not going to change for us. The eclipses in September are a big vacuum cleaning up past distorted versions of our truth so we can release and unblock where we hold our full potential. They are not going to be easy. Eclipse means to hide to bring light to our shadows. During this time we will experiences endings as a full moon in Pisces is just that potent alignment. It asks us to go back to 2006 when it big changes happened for us. Not immediately, but over the six months major changes began to unfold. The month of September is about prioritising our world, our behaviours and changing our attitude to take care of who we are so we can rebuild. What we don’t change we accept.
It'll be uncomfortable for many and others it will be a knowing. This is not about what happens in our world but more about how we respond. I believe these eclipses are the very energy to take us back to old situations so we can integrate those behaviours and make a change from the inside out. It’s powerful and incredibly life changing. If we can sit with discomfort without rushing to escape, the eclipses become transformative rather than destructive.
What self-care practices remind you of life’s beauty and strengthen your connection to love?
My daily practice is yoga, meditation and breath work; without this I don’t function well. I make the time and wake up early. Applying discipline throughout my day. I have a very busy life, so I make sure I go to bed early to do my morning practices. Where I can I soak up the Sun and walk in nature. I take a breath and observe my surroundings with appreciation and gratitude. I eat when I’m hungry with superfoods and organic produce. One of my little tools is to raise my vibration by watching comedy and most importantly hanging with my family. These practices don’t just calm me; they reconnect me to love, both within and around me.
Is there a closing sentiment you’d like to share with us?
If there is one message, I wish to leave with anyone reading, it is this: transformation is always possible, but it begins within.
Each of us carries patterns, behaviours, beliefs, and emotional loops, that trace back not only to our childhood but to karmic cycles stretching across lifetimes. These patterns are not punishments. They are invitations. They appear in our relationships, in our work, in the choices we repeat, until we pause long enough to recognise them for what they are: signposts to the Soul’s deeper learning.
Astrology and spiritual practice don’t offer shortcuts. They hold up a mirror. The birth chart, the breath, the body, all of them point to where we unconsciously resist and where we are ready to grow. When we turn inward with courage, we begin to see that what we once called obstacles are often teachers.
True empowerment is not about controlling life’s circumstances. It is about developing the clarity to respond with awareness rather than reaction. When we see our own cycles with compassion, we stop judging ourselves for “failing” and begin understanding ourselves as Souls in process. This shift alone changes everything.
Transformation is rarely a dramatic event. It is a series of small, consistent acts of self-honesty. Choosing to sit with discomfort instead of distracting ourselves. Choosing to listen to the breath before making a decision. Choosing to recognise when an old story is resurfacing so we can write a new one. These are the ways we reclaim sovereignty.
And from this place, our external life begins to mirror the change. We attract relationships that honour us. We make choices aligned with our deeper values. We step off the hamster wheel of comparison and finally feel at home within ourselves.
The path is not about becoming perfect, it is about becoming present. When we commit to inner coherence, our lives unfold differently. We move from surviving to serving, from reacting to creating, from fearing the future to walking it with grace.
Every Soul is capable of this transformation. The invitation is open. The only requirement is the willingness to turn inward, to listen deeply, and to trust that what we find there is not brokenness, but the seed of our greatest becoming. Thank you.

[ I have had multiple astrology readings with Sandeep since our first natal chart reading and have recommended Sandeep to friends and strangers who have asked me for a personable, empowering and impactful chart interpretation. I will continue on doing so !
There is something inherently comforting in knowing that the answers we seek live within us, and even more so to know a practitioner who walks the path of experience, passion and purpose to help us in working with another powerful insight tool to the ‘ toolkit ’ of life’s journey to know thyself ].
